This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. It is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security, for a short period.
If you use the black or white background switch, your choice is remembered in your own browser so that the site looks the same on your next visit. This contains no personal information, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.
When you contact us or book a call
We collect what you give us on the enquiry form or by email: your name, company, work email and your message. We use it to reply, arrange a call and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The enquiry form is delivered to us by a form-processing service, which stores each submission so that it can be emailed to us. We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client. In that case we keep your details for the length of the work and six years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
If you have received an email from us
KeyWin contacts people at limited companies and other corporate bodies about services relevant to their business. We use publicly available business information (company websites, Companies House, trade listings and professional profiles) to find and check who to write to. We rely on our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. We record where each contact came from and why we thought it relevant.
If you would rather not hear from us, reply with “unsubscribe” or email growth@keywin.solutions. We add you to a suppression list the same day and will not contact you again. We do not sell or share these details.
Working for clients
When we research prospects for a client, we process business contact details on that client’s instructions and under a written agreement. Lists built for one client are never reused for another.
Sharing and transfers
We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the business (hosting, email, the form service and, for clients, project tools), each under their own terms and data-processing commitments. Where a provider is outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to restrict it. Email growth@keywin.solutions and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
